Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

MyMints is a free-to-use loyalty rewards platform that allows consumers to earn and redeem points across partner vendors including fuel stations, restaurants, and retail stores. Since MyMints does not charge consumers for downloading the app, creating an account, or earning loyalty points, traditional refund and cancellation scenarios do not apply in most cases. This policy outlines how we handle the limited situations where a refund or cancellation may be relevant.

MyMints Points

MyMints Points are earned free of charge through purchases at partner vendors. Please note the following:

  • MyMints Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points are earned based on vendor-defined reward campaigns and are credited automatically upon eligible transactions.
  • If points were incorrectly credited or deducted due to a system error, please contact our support team and we will investigate and correct the balance.
  • MyMints Points do not expire.

Voucher Redemptions

When you redeem MyMints Points for vouchers or offers at partner vendors:

  • Redeemed vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuing vendor.
  • Once a voucher has been redeemed or used at a partner vendor, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • If a redeemed voucher cannot be honoured due to a vendor issue (e.g. store closure, stock unavailability), please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the vendor to resolve the issue or restore your points.
  • Expired or unused vouchers may not be eligible for point restoration, depending on the vendor's policy.

Vendor Transactions

MyMints facilitates loyalty rewards but does not process payments for goods or services purchased at partner vendors. Therefore:

  • Refunds for products or services purchased at a vendor must be handled directly with that vendor as per their own refund and return policy.
  • If a transaction at a partner vendor is cancelled or refunded by the vendor, the corresponding MyMints Points earned from that transaction may be reversed.

Account Cancellation

You may delete your MyMints account at any time through the app. Please be aware that:

  • Deleting your account will permanently remove all accumulated MyMints Points and transaction history.
  • Any unredeemed vouchers associated with your account will be forfeited upon deletion.
  • Account deletion is irreversible. If you wish to use MyMints again, you will need to create a new account.

Future Paid Services

If MyMints introduces any paid features, subscriptions, or premium services in the future, a detailed refund and cancellation policy specific to those services will be published and communicated to users before purchase.
