SECOND - cat's lungs are sensitive to scents. and fragrances should not be used on them or even close to them. they asked if we wanted to get PERFUME on my kitten while grooming. very ignorant. the shampoo was also fragrant. they're just selling stuff randomly. THIRD - THE GROOMING EXPERIENCE FELT LIKE MY CAT IS NEVER GONNA RECOVER FROM THIS TRAUMA. I CRIED LOOKING AT THE WAY THEY TREATED HER. We think twice before combing her too hard to remove tangles. and they were here spraying water SO FAST on her face. and handling was very bad. another dog was shivering from cold, his eyes were red, and the grooming guy increased the fan speed because he was feeling hot. another golden retriever was pushed down the counter so that he learns to stay still. very bad. the grooming is so evil here. they don't treat pets like pets. they treat them like toys for making money. my kitten looked so helpless and weak. they should be taken care of for this. this is not just about money, i hate selfish people.
