To the Owner of Chennai Maratha, Your staff does not know how to speak properly with customers. They completely lack basic communication etiquette. If your team doesn't know how to treat customers with respect, why would anyone want to come to your establishment? I sincerely request you to train your staff in how to communicate politely, or consider hiring well-educated and courteous individuals who can represent your business better.

The food is extremely bad, and the restaurant is not clean at all. They serve food without wearing hand gloves. It's extremely bad and a complete risk to health.

We love the ambience this joint provides us. It's the perfect gedi point in the evening. The food is divine and the staff is very warm. Vinita and the team always makes us feel like we belong. The food is authentic south indian, it's filling yet budget friendly and the Chandigarh di hawa is a bonus! Highly recommended.

Last night I was passing by this place and had an instant craving for some idli. I was hoping for something nice and clean. So I paid upfront and ordered one plate of idli dipped in sambhar. But they spoiled my mood. Handling idlis by hands without gloves where I could see dirt on the person’s hands very clearly.. not only I rejected them instantly, I could not have food last night thinking of the disgusting food. South Indian food is delicate and is known for it hygiene. Believe me I have lived in Bangalore for last 15 years. But this restaurant: So unhygienic!! Yukky.. thoo… just thinking about it brings disgust!! 🤢
